HTS-E3/1 series high-precision three-axis MEMS gyro products are composed of domestic MEMS gyro chip with independent intellectual property rights and its driving pickup circuit, temperature sensor, digital signal processing circuit and control software, built-in all-temperature compensation, installation error compensation and other algorithms, through high-speed RS422 serial port output high-precision measurement data. The products are divided into industrial grade and military grade (working temperature -55℃~+85℃).
